¡Hola! My name is Palmira!
After moving to Portland, OR, I decided to pursue my passion as a Pastry Chef. After working at some of the best kitchens in the city as a fine dining chef I always go back to my happy place making cakes.
I quickly learned that there is a need for more gluten and dairy free products in the specialty area. I want all of my couples and clients to be able to celebrate as if nothing is different. Where not even the pickiest of their guests can tell that it’s not “normal”.
I strive to provide refined, modern, and not overly sweet confections no matter if you have no dietary restrictions or even if you feel like you have too many to accommodate. I believe everyone deserves to celebrate and I’m here for you.
